Abu Dhabi Ports Design Thinking workshop - Round 2

For the second time, AD Ports managers had a chance to experience Design Thinking as a way to solve complex and wicked business challenges while creating opportunities to deliver meaningful human centered innovation. From customer empathy maping to concept prototype creation, participants were able to work collaboratively leveraging collective intelligence and experimenting

problem solving technics. They were able to step out of their confort zone and think out of the box in a safe environment where everything was possible.
